I mainly made these to show a few folks how bad the recharge is with the reg but decided to show everyone else.

Ya, its sad. Ive been reading here & there in the past few days about torp lubeing & stuff & read everything from dow 33 to white lithum...... So Im just gonna use good ol 15w-40 Shell Rotella.
Im joking!! No really, what do yall torp owners use? |

dunno, i probably need to lube my reg though. i heard someone say just drop some marker lube down the VA, but they didnt say what kind of maker lube.
edit: wow, thats terrible.

![]() Dow55 is an o-ring sweller. Dow33 is the lubricant. Oiling a marker through the ASA, while not the preferred method of lubing a marker, is still ok (only on markers that use oil). Those markers that use PB Oil it is actually a good way of getting lube to the internals of the marker. The thing to remember is to take the barrel off and shoot out the oil so it will not cause issues with paint. Take the Torp apart and lube the piston and o-rings with a light coat of Dow33. Reassemble the reg and test. Make sure to turn the air down before airing up the marker and slowly bring up the PSI.

When you take it apart, look on the inside, make sure it is smooth, if there is a groove dug in from the piston, you will need to get a new regulator.
