no, i mean i have $1,700 worth of student loan money that i didnt spend on my Visa... but because its a loan, i dont want to spend it, because then ill have to get money together to pay it off...

Those of you guys getting student loans and thinking of buying a marker with it might want to read this...

I just made my last student loan payment a month ago. I started paying it back in 1994. Got the full amount I was allowed for all four years. That's 13 years of payments that were well over 200 bucks each payment. Do the math...

Just a thought...

Yeah.. I took it one step further... I"ll probably be paying that loan back for the rest of my life... as it's a wonderfully reloadable Line of Credit (not a student line).

Lucky for me, my schooling was only two months.

yeah, thats why im saving it (except in a serious emergency) so i can get that paid off ASAP. so far grants should cover this whole year for me.

edit: my friend got a $16,000 loan, but he got a full ride already, so he put it all in the bank to gain interest on it because he doesnt have to start paying it until four years from now.
