heres a 72ci/3000psi PMI tank thank I use they have them at ActionVillage for $63.99 and it's only four dollars more then the 48ci! I've seen this tank for $120 every where else I go except one other had it for $90...

PS
Dye 68/71ci tank covers work on these, its just a really really really tight fit untill it is on there for awhile.

i wouldnt recommend the 72/3000, they weigh like 10 bricks, lol. they are very heavy. i say take the punch in the wallet and splurge for a nice crossfire 68/4500 tank. make sure you get the HP output version though and not the LP version.

heres a link to a good tank for a pretty good price:

http://www.actionvillage.com/is-bin/...wAAAD3x2elA_2t

i would stay with good brands though, I.E. crossfire, nitro duck, air america, and centerflag.

68/3k is good if you aren't shooting a gas hog. I get around 1200 shots out of my Spyder and a Halo + 6 pods on my Imp. I prefer my 68/45 though. Same size 50% more air. Less time at the fill station is a good thing.

a 3000 psi tank gets about 10 shots per ci
a 4500 psi tank gets about 15 shots per ci

so...if you get a 68/3000 you get about 680 shots and a 68/4500 gets you about 1020 shots.....a more efficient marker will get you more....

another important point is get what you can get filled. If you get a 5000psi tank but where you play/store can only fill to 3000psi then you are not getting a full (pressure) tank.

My local field fills all the way to 5000, but check with yours before making a purchase.

You can go here on PBN to find air tanks. Make sure you check hydro dates and feedback before you send payment.
I once got a 68/45 on PBN for 70 bucks. and it was BNIB .

Some kids dad got him all kinds of nice gear and hte kid quit playing ball and was selling everything dirt cheap to tick his father off.

I bought a 68/4500 ACI Bulldog tank for 40.00. CF wrapped also and not needing Hydro until 2008. It was leaking out the pin valve, but since it's rebuildable, all it needed was the pin oring. I bought a kit from the factory for like 15.00 which came with a whole new assembly so I just rebuilt the whole thing. So in a sense, brand new tank for 55.00.

Helps when you know people....
