I made a few changes to it today, and I think it's for the better....
Let me know what you guys think, aside from the crappy picture quality   If I later decide to put a little money into it I'll get myself those awesome Bob Long 45 single trigger frames, but that's not for tomorrow...

here are some very simple changes ive done to my MR1's just because it looks coll and the pistol wouldn't even work the way i have it but i like the way it looks. I think that spyder should make an MR1 pistol. well any way, i just cut the barrels to make them look like silencers on a sub machien gun and pistol.

Here's my "ghetto milled" MR1
ghetto milled because where most people would use a milling machine or some other fancy equipment, I used a sawzall and some files. Turned out pretty nice I think, and still fully functional, stock and all.   bolt forward:  bolt back:  close up:

The actual finish on the metal is still a little rough because I didn't have any nice sandpaper. But I refinished that back quarter with a few coats of spray paint and that really smoothed things out so you can't tell the difference anyway. If I were ever to get it reanoed then I would sand it down to a nice smooth finish. I'm currently working on converting it to a pump using the foregrip as a pump handle. We'll see how that turns out. Sweet pistol there, sk8. Always thought it would make an excellent hand gun.
Heres my rifle. Just got done writing up on it @ http://www.spyder.tv/forums/showthread.php?t=21152  LAPCO Big Shot "12 with Apex Tip, Halo B hopper, Rap4 neck and a Ninja remote. Simple, extremely effective, excellent range.
