If you have a barrel shroud with either 7/8 weaver or picatinny rails on it a number of launchers will fit.

i could never justify a (expsensive) grenade launcher, but i have to admit that i seen a mr2 fitted with one in an army surplus / paintball shop and it was the coolest thing ever!

http://rap4.com/paintball/os/minegre...-c-38_284.html there are some links, i think the key is to get the barrell attachment withthe rails on it to attach it

Do not avoid the swear filter. Consider this a warning.

They look cool, but just how practical are they? Takes smaller paintballs than normal and really is no better than a shotgun spray.

Not sure you are even allowed to use these at most fields anyway. I know the large scenario games I've participated in, to disable a tank, take out a building, you had to use a nerf round out of an air launcher. Not sure if these types of launchers would even qualify as a hit, the target would just look like it got hit by a bunch of paintballs out of a typical marker, who's to say(or prove) it was from a launcher? I know where I play it wouldn't count in the ref's eyes. Let alone the range doesn't look any better than a marker.

I would efinately check out the rules at your local field to make sure it's legal before spending the $$.

You could always make your own...I did, check it out:

Home depot was my source for parts. Other than that just tried to base a design with some simple rules as far as chamber vs barrel volumes.

PVC pipe, rainbird 1" sprinkler valve, co2 setup, with safeties designed in, like a burst disk rated below the pvc pressure limit, barrel plug, and a master switch to keep accidental firing when carrying it grip the trigger frame. Not shown, but when I first used it I had a regulator on the tank to keep from over pressurizing, seeing how a co2 cylinder usually has way more pressure than what PVC can handle. I found it was overkill though and took it off, that and I had to turn it all the way down to utilize it.

This was my first go at the launcher, I plan on makign a smaller under the barrel type to launch a single nerf rocket and use existing air off of the marker.

This launcher only charges to 80psi and will launch anything you put in it. I once filled it with water and tried to launch that, almost knocked me on my butt the kick was huge! The range....simply amazing.
