Ok, first off, I can't see anything that he did legally wrong UNTIL he resisted arrest, which is what he's being charged with. Last time I checked, going over the time limit at a meeting wasn't a crime. According to this article, they're pulling him away because he wouldn't give up his spot on the floor. But at the same time, Kerry say's he's willing to answer his question. I don't know about you, but if a US Senator say's he's going to answer the boy's question, common sense says to leave him alone and listen to what the man has to say.

-he has his moment to shine ok -he is asked to wrap it up and/or stand down at which time Kerry agrees to answer his question -he freaks out i would to if i was gonna get "escorted" outbeing escorted wasnt even an issue at the time -he is asked to leave while officers are trying to keep his arms at his sidesyou mean the officers standing behind him with their arms crossed, right? -he gets even more flustered, and has to have police escort him out they've been at his sides practically the whole time!no they havent -he begins trying to escape, gets loud, begins swearing at and pushing them he tells them he'll go quietly if they let go of himwould you give him a second chance? i know i wouldnt -police threaten to taze him AFTER he's dogpiled on the ground...the cops think "i dont want to wrestle this kid, and i have a handy tool on my belt for situations exactly like this!" -he didnt stop what's he going to do, throw 5-6 bodies off his back and run off???no, that would be the worst possible choice. he is supposed to calmly lay there and let the cops pick him up and carry hime away. -kid was tazed ...

I think the police were totally in the right there. The news has a tendency to sensationalize things and always put the police in the wrong. Listen to the questions the kid is asking. He is asking about secret societies and stuff like like. Sounds like a friend of mine who is a Paranoid Schizophrenic. Then 2 officers try to escort him out, which by the reaction of the audience was warranted. The audience clapped when the officers try to escort him out, so to me it sounds like there is more that we didn't get to see. While the officers try to escort him out, he tries to get away and starts fighting with them. One thing I have learned is no matter what, you never, ever fight with the police regardless of whether you think you are right or wrong. It then went to the point where 5-6 police officers could not subdue him so they had to taze him. I don't think the police are at fault at all here, I think they did exactly what they should have done.

I'm with marv, the kid deserved it. He flipped out, the cops could definitely make a case that he exhibited signs of out lash and he was suppressed before he took it too far.

No one's brought up that trying to get a national politician to answer a question would make anyone flip out.
![]() Regardless, the police responded with the appropriate level of force and only escalated when the kid forced them to.
