Default new upgrade Q's

I just added a clamping feedneck and dye sticky 3's along with my Freak barrel. Now I have a few questions about some parts Ive found.

Spring Kit: Ive come across the 32* spring kit and shocktech spring kit quite a few times and they are only $7-9. Do they help anything or are they just stock replacement springs? If so, what will they help?

32* Spyder Turbo Valve: Can I use it in my Pilot and what does it help with? Worth the $40? I appreciate the help guys

Also, my next mods are a new Trinity front block and BL or Evil regulator.

the spring kit, valve and regulator are a must if your goal is to go Low pressure.
Going Lp will reduce kick, increase constancy and, give you more shots per fill

So to use the regulator and front block, Ill need the spring kit and turbo valve. This is starting to get expensive.

no, but it would give you better results than just adding a reg and front block
