Could be a FASOR, what with pressure being 150 psi. But, this part tells me it's probably a blowback:

Looks like a Promaster to me. I don't know, it seems pretty decent with the breakbeam eyes, cocker threading, clamping feedneck, board with the modes and magnetic trigger...
