Exclamation it feels so good to be back in the game!

OK, so yesterday I finally got to go play again (with some kids from school), and let me say, it feels so good to be back after over a year of unvolutary absence from paintball. I was worried about my gun because I bought a reg and wasn't sure if my home-modded valve pin would work because I had been having trouble with air leaking out the barrel since the last time I played (turns out it was my valve that was causing the leaks the whole time, not the pin or cupseal). I put everything back together, and at the chrono I was shooting 250fps @ 450 psi, and I was like, what the heck, im gonna go play. I didn't even think about messing with the springs 'til towards the end of the day. For the last game, I let my friend use my gun, and somehow he broke my hopper (oh well, gives me an excuse to get a Halo!).

As for the field itself, it was indoor, and was maybe 20 ft wide by 80 ft long. They probably crammed in like 20 airball bunkers. They had 5 small round tables, each with 6 chairs, and one table against the wall with spray-bottles and paper towls on it. There was only one guy running the counter, and no refs!!! The worst part was, the guy acted like he knew what he was doing, but I don't think he knew anything really about paintball. he kept calling the barrel bags "cap things" and half the time he wasnt even in the building. He said that all the rental markers (BE Marauders and VL Prodigys) were already chrono'd but they were all shooting 190-220, compared to the guys who brought stuff and were shooting at 280. When we got the guns, you could tell they weren't taken care of, because they were slimy from the paint when he handed them to us. And we also had 1 burst disc blow on us, and another one leak. When we were giving everything back, i think the reg on one of the tanks started coming undone, or it was just another burst disc. I'm going to PBReview, and this place is NOT getting a good review from me.

Oh, and I got a really nice welt on my left index and middle finger from about 7 ft away, pics will be up shortly.

yeah, now once all the outdoor ones open back up, im gonna try to get a ride at least once a month. the only other kid that went that had actual speedball skills was this kid that played D3 back in the states. he pulled about 5 run-throughs yesterday and always got at least 1-2 people out. i think one time he got 4, then i turned around and got him. he's good but the only problem i have with him is that he wipes. if i ever see him wipe, im gonna BB him!

lol, thats the kid that played D3, and that pic was only after a few games

if you look close, you can see two of em

my hand right after i got shot. now its just pink with a yellow bruise on each finger...oh, and the skins shedding off, wierd.

yeah, its posed...guess that makes me a poser. i actually had to stand on one foot to make it look like i was running around the bunker.

another posed one...
