Default electronic help

ok, so i just got a imagine from a friend, and i took it out to the field, the little button on the back that changed the fire modes took a indirect hit. Now i have to use an alan wrench ( or similar object) and jab the crap out of it just to get it to switch. even still it seems that it only works sometimes. i mean, it still turns on and off, but only to semi..... i read somewhere about jumpers or something, i wouldnt know how to use them if i got them. any help would be great,

welcome to the boards

you should probably first take apart your trigger frame ... with the grips .. and then take the board off and clean from there ... Also if it only goes on semi ... then push the jumper in and see if that helps ... if it's not that .. there's probably something wrong with your board.. and your gonna need to purchase a new one ...

Try this and tell me what happens and i'll go on from there

Was it able to switch to the other modes before it got blasted in the button? If not you probably need to install the jumper, look on the board on the lower left side of it, if you see two little prongs sticking up there then you don't have the jumper and need to acquire one, most computer shops or even radio shack have one, all it does is complete the connection...

ok, so i took the board out completely, cleaned all the wonderfull blueness out of it as far as i can see. yes it went on full/3rnd before it got hit... as for the jumper thing.... if the two prongs your talking about are what im looking at, then... i dont know, nvm. yea, itll still go to full and all that but i have to basically stab the button... on the lighter, and slightly funnier side of the short history of my marker, i blew an internal o-ring or something....any ideas on that one?

ps, thanks for the advice

Check your o ring for the VA, and on your bolt and striker, may have blown it on the valve too...
