O Ring Or No O Ring, That Is The Question!!

sorry to make a new thread you guys but with pb,s help im getting ready to but this stainless derlin striker, now i need help again, he has 1 with an o ring and one that is supposed to be maintenance free without an o ring says it seals so good that it doesent need it.. i dont know about that sounds to good to be true maybe?? help!
