Ive had an airleak so i havent been able to use my MR1. Ive found the problem to be a broken o ring on my Striker bolt. How do i take it out. Ive tried to take it out the back of the marker and its to big to fit. I don't know how to take out the Valve body,to push it out the front. PLZ SOMEONE HELP ME TAKE OUT THE STRIKER BOLT!!!!!!!

Go to the link below and watch the basic teardown and re-assembly video. It isn't exactly the same as the MR1 but it is very similar. You can't remove the striker out the front so you have to take it out the back. First you have to take off the rear velocity adjuster. Thats the little cap on the bottom tube in the back. Next, to get the bolt and striker assembly out you'll need to either take off the trigger frame or turn it on and shoot whille pulling out the bolt and striker. Make sure there is no Co2 or HPA attached while doing this.

I do know how to take apart a paintball gun, when i couldn't take out the striker bolt i watched the video and it showed exactly wat i was trying to do. The bolt and striker are not connected, i have to take out the pin connecting them to take them out. I did take off the velocity adjuster and i try to pull out the striker bolt, but it doesn't come out, it is to big to take out the back.

Is your Oring still inside? If yes, it maybe the one blocking the striker from sliding out. You may take off the bolt and try to get the oring out with a tool from the top.

Is the striker buffer still in there? If it's still refusing to come out, take the trigger frame off and slide the striker out the back with pressure from underneath.

ive taken everything off of the marker, the only part on it is the striker bolt, i have tried to take it with pressure from the bottom and it still won't work. I use the bottom to push it out, it only goes a few inches from the back, then it won't go any further. It only moves around if i don't put it near the end.

Pics?

You might need to take a thin dowel and from the front of the lower tube, where the valve assembly would go, gently tap on it to force the striker out.
