crazy idea: ultra cheap response trigger

ok heres my idea connect a rod to the bolt and set it up so when the bolt goes forward the rod hits the back of the trigger reseting it. Would this work or am i crazy?

Ah, I see. A mech frame makes it much more difficult. From playing around with a mech frame I've got laying around, I don't see how it could be done, without significant, major modifications. Because when the sear catches the striker, it moves forward slightly, which allows the trigger catch to release the sear when the trigger is pulled. From looking at the bare frame, I can't think of a way to do it, but I'm just a mid-grade tinkerer, maybe one of the experts like oldironmudder can help you out.

never mind after playing with my gun for a minute i realized it would be impossible. It would be much easier to tap the exaust port for a barb and hook up a ram to it and put the ram in the trigger frame just like the real thing except on a spyder instead of a tippmann
