i realized this week that i dont care about my job anymore. im sorry, but ive been there a year and if im still making minimum pay, i might as well start doing the minimum work. they work you like a dog and dont have any caring for you as a person, just as a tool to get the job done. and today they fired a kid for not showing up to work yesterday (his first time), yet our dumbass maintenance guy got hired back 3 times because he whined and complained. and we have another girl that does absolutely nothing except stand around, talk, and piss people off, yet she gets promoted because she's the niece of one of the managers.

**** this... i got sent home to un-wrinkle my shirt today. im like hell, ive worked here for a year and a half, and NOW you guys complain about my shirt. and it wasnt even a crease/fold wrinkle, it was just a little wavy... and it pisses me off because most people (mostly the new people) got the new polo shirts that dont wrinkle. so our ****ing bipolar manager goes "you need to get that shirt straight" and five seconds later "why dont you have a new shirt?". so **** it. i drove 25min home, and im gonna chill, sit around, eat some cereal, and wait until my shirt is un-wrinkled in the dryer. im bored, so someone hit me up on aim...
