90 fitting on CP Long

i cant seem to figure out how to get a 90 angle fitting on my cp long reg. can neone help

You can't....

The fitting in the reg is too deep for the 90* to be put on it.

You can grind the bottom of the reg down to allow it to fit, but unless you are going to get it anodized it would look pretty bad.

You would need a threaded coupler and a close nipple (don't laugh actual name). Go to your local heating or plumbing supply store they should have what you need.
