Unknown part.

I just got my MR1 recently, so Im still experimenting/figuring stuff out on it. Recently, I took most of it apart for cleaning and a little squishy gold disk came out of it. I think it is part 37A from the manual, but Im not entirely sure. The manual is B&W, so that doesnt help. Anyone have any ideas?
