Custom AMG

hey guys this is my custom AMG that i have been working on it is not done yet and im gonna get it annoed when im done but im not shure what colors yet. i want to custom fit a zip kit to it but for now here are some starter pictures.

it started as a stock AMG then i looked like this for 2 years


now whe custom "milling" i have done with a hack saw and a file

this is my custom trigger that took ma 4 hours to make out of a solid block of alluminum i just need to drill and tap the setscrews.

i milled a rail into the frame fith a file


moved the frame up about 3/4 "

u said u did all that witha hack saw and a file? good lord that looks smooth as a babies bottom keep up the good work. after ur all done polish that sucka down.

yea well i use a screw gun to help with the top cocking

i used this awsome drain cleaner from home depot and i stripped all the inside of the gun and the barrel. i just need some help on getting the chrome plating off the trigger frame

Mind sharing the kind of drain cleaner? I plan on stripping the anno on my spyder as well.

It looks kind of rough and scratchy, make sure to increase you grit count with sandpaper, and sand it down smoothe, then go in and polish it with some good ol' Mothers Mag, then buff it to shine! Polish the insides too!

it looks rough and srachy becsude i took a wire wheel to it but now she is pretty smooth. ill PM you tommorow about the drain cleanercause i have it at work.

that looks like a ton of work... dont forget to get some abraisive sponge (better than very high grit sand paper for finishing) before you polish

im pretty sure thats normal when you strip or sand the anno off of alluminum
