I think that this could have turned out to be a LOT worse. If you had been hit 3 - 4 feet more towards the front of your car you could have suffered some major injuries. Glad to hear you're alright, and definetly time to cash in!

I think I hit the gas before she hit me, so I pulled enough out of the way... Not sure... But yeah... My left arm would be worse than it is now if she'd hit farther forward... Right now, I just have a LOT of pulls in it, and a bruise from my shoulder hitting/busting the window... Haha I pulled muscles I didn't even know I had... But yeah... Whiplash is the SUCK today... Hurts like heck... The car wasn't worth much, so I won't get a ton of cash out of it, but I've got some cash saved up and a job... And my parents will help too... Don't know exactly what I'll get, but it'll definitely be nicer than that...

Oh, and glass splinters SUCK!!

haha, when i first read the title of this thread, i thought you were deciding which car to buy, and i was comming up with all these reasons why an accord is better than a 4runner... my bad.

Glad you are ok.... I got into a bad accident in July. I was t-boned by a guy doing about 70mph. I am very luck he was NOT driving a 4-runner. Mine was Honda Accord vs. Hyundai Sonata. Like you I was also lucky not to get hit on the drivers door. I got hit in the passenger door/front quarter panel and left with a very broken wrist and lots of bruises.
