on avarage how much does it cost to fill a 80 cu ft 3000 psi tank

compressed air fills at my local shop are $3, but like fireskull said, it depends where you go

Check a local Fire Department. They should be able to fill it for you cheap.

Its $5 at the feild i fill mine... but when they are in a good mood they fill it for free.. The guy there say that you are really just pumping AIR into a cylinder...

lol yeah. they charge money to give you air zomg XP i understand it more if they have to buy the bulk tanks and don't have the compressors though. my shop charges a buck for each 1k, and 1c per ci so my 71-4500 (only can fill to 3k cause of the reg) costs 3.71

The compressors cost 8k or so, so they kinda have to charge, even if they're just giving you air...
