I voted for the pm7. I've heard really good things about them. I've also held one without a UL frame and it still feels marvilous. That is what I would go with.

Go shoot them first
 I had too. I would go with the UL'd PMR. You will get a good performer and who cares about resale. Just keep it.

i was gonna get an onyx, but being "rich" i think everyone is out to get me, so new only (sold out at actvil, bamf bought all 3...
 ) I'm going to drive down to a local field and buy a rail in person. i'm calling tomorrow so they'll order a ul and have it in stock when i go
