Just picked up a Pilot....what would be upgrades needed but not required. Not looking to make it pretty just better.... thanks, joe

#1 should be a new barrel. J&J makes some decent ones. if you have the cash then a barrel kit would be your best bet.

Another thing to consider is milling out the rear slot so that the cocking knob doesn't fly out every time you fire it.

1st upgrade for performance should be a barrel and then I would look into an electronic hopper

i would suggest a 14 barrel inch kit from sp with inserts then a reg, then electric hopper, then low pressure parts.
unless u on a tight budget like me.
