Default Draxxus Pulse

I bought the Pulse and played with it for the first time yesterday in red mode. It isn't loud at all when it is "pulsing", well until you run out of paint and the motor just turns Anyway, I initially was using the Tippman Triumph agitator and never had breaks, but yesterday with the pulse I was busting a ball in the barrel every game. It did eliminate misfires...because I couldn't outshoot it in any mode...although I didn't try the white light turbo mode on the T-board. I'm really not that fast on semi either. I think it was double feeding at times, I only saw two balls come out together once...the others were just splatters out of the barrel. I was using RPS premiums...great weather yesterday. Since the detent (the good kind) has been in the marker since I purchased it...I'm going to start with changing that first and see if it helps. How often do you guys change the detents? I'm excited that I didn't misfire/dryfire or whatever you call it, but a little disappointed in breaking several balls...I'm hoping it is as simple as the detent.

Sounds like a detent issue for sure. As for when to change the detents, you already answered yourself when you are getting double balls in the breach because the detent cant hold the balls back.

I changed the detent with the other that came with the MR2 and put some superglue on it. It did much better. I broke one ball in the barrel, but I was on the "white turbo" mode I need to get more detents. I also took off the front grip and the shroud and the two side plates...much lighter now. I'm going to try a tougher ball.
