So the fog lights came in, the switch came in, and all that good jazz so I decided I would find a nice day that was suppose to be rain free and put them in.

Oh no! What happened to my car's face?!

I found a reservoir that attached to the old air intake box down behind the bumper. Stupid thing was just taking up air and space, so I removed it.

Ran the wires through the firewall and wrapped them in red conduit.

Laying out the wires more

OEM switch that I wired into the fogs.

This is why I took the bumper cover off

It also shows why I have a bra on the car... *sigh*

Yay. Foglights! The whole thing took me about seven hours from setup to putting everything away. Hardest part was running the wires through the firewall. Oh and breaking a drill bit on the bumper when I drilled the holes. Very happy with the finished product though.

Thats as far over as they go. The lines on the bumper you see in the first finished pic are not see through/ open. The location I put the fogs is the factory OEM location with the factory OEM bezels.

My arms were tired from laying on my back and slowly drilling up (as to not break another drill bit)

Do you own the rest of the cars on this list too?

Default Newest Ride

here is our latest ride. A 1989 Mustang. as of right now it only has a 2.3L 4 banger in it, but come spring of 2010 there will be a V8 under the hood.

Not bad for $900 dollars
