Default ..traded up...

I traded up on my E-MR1 for a MR2 ACS. Any tips on tuning, maintenance and trouble-shooting? Specifically it's apparently chopping like mad, so anything related to that and tuning/breaking-in the ACS bolt would be appreciated. I already cleaned it out last night and boy was it dirty. Oh yeah, I already know of Shady's thread, so any advice on a standard MR2 ACS would be appreciated.
