![]() Yes I know old setup but it still works other than the bolt, since last Saturday my bolt has gotten jammed 3 times, it has the scratch marks it gets when it gets jammed do I need a new bolt? (When I lube it up it works like a charm). And also what are some good upgrades for the Flash?

![]() Pictures of said scratches?
If they aren't too deep, I'd say no, you don't need a new bolt, but it all depends on how deep they are.

Personally, as long as the orings on the bolt are still sealing it's ok to have some scratches. The binding up and jamming is the primary cause for concern. Did it get stuck on a ball or something? What happened right before it jammed?

![]() The bolt should be fine, I had scratches in my old sonix bolt and it worked correctly. Why it's jamming seems odd. The reasoning behind any jamming I've had have been due to balls being chopped. If being lubed and working fine makes me wonder if the o-rings could be causing this, although it seems like that would be an odd thing to be causing it.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() For those that need to see them. The second one, is that on the side by the ball detent? Looks fine to me. If the scratches get deeper, then perhaps you might want to switch your oil brand or use lube (DOW33). I always have used the synthetic blue paintball oil and it has always been just fine.
