Default best None electric Frame

I have a spyder Extra, and I am wanting to up grade the frame, but do not want to go electric because a lot of tournaments do not allow them. What is the best semi-auto frame I can get for my spyder?

So long as you take out the tourney-jumper, you can use an e-frame in almost any tournament, and the only ones you should not be able to enter are mech/pump-only tournaments. If you want to buy a new mech frame....Don't. They're all the same. Modify your stock frame to your liking and it will do better than any other mech frame out there (for you). Here's a FAQ on how to do that. I personally would buy a used ESP IPI 3.0 frame for about $50 and get a 50g switch for it... It will increase your ROF dramatically, and yet still be tourney-legal.
