Default high-end semi

I myself have never held a high-end mechanical marker or anything similar. What makes them so expensive? Is the trigger pull just like the low-end Spyder mechanical markers? Or are they light and easy to walk? Any answers would be appreciated
I wish my lawn was Emo, so it would cut itself.
