used to replace the valve spring. Where in Sacramento are you located? Was stationed there until November 2004.

I was stationed at McClellan until the Army finally remembered that they stuck me there, I lived in North Highlands for a while off of Palm Ave. Don't know about the difference between the short and long valve springs sorry...

well .. i dunno my tl-r i purchased from a friend a while back .. uses the small spring .. but the assault block uses big springs ... im not sure why they're made like that ... i guess all i can say is that .. it is

compact (has a vertical adapter) spyders use the short springs
full (older) spyders use the long springs
