Default Are rocking triggers allowed in tournaments?

Yeah it's a stupid question but I thought that if anyone would know, it would be you guys. I really don't feel like looking on google for the rest of tonight so I just thought I'd ask you. I want to get a SPYDER C.A.M.D. ESP 2.0 ROCKING TRIGGER FRAME on my gun but I'm not sure where they are and aren't allowed. I would appreciate it if you guys could give me some feedback.

Before I do anything: Do I need to get anything else on my gun if I do decide to get it other than the bolt?

some.

best idea is to call the local field where the tourney is...thats where youll get your best answer from

the reasons they "arent allowed" is because some say that it doesnt take a full pull for a shot, or something like that

A C.A.M.D. frame is different from the Rocker. A C.A.M.D. is the regular trigger frame with the display like the Rocker.

A bolt is isn't something you'll need unless it's an ACS (IMO, just to make sure you don't chop). An electronic frame is just a drop-on modification.

I mean that it has the little things that light-up on the display like a Rocker.

It's a regular-style trigger frame. Lemme find a link... Ah, here we are.

That's not the same one. The one I wanted was here: http://store.paintballace.com/newitspespro.html

Yup, I know, was just making sure you knew that there was the other frame out there.

The only thing with the Rocker I'd be worried about is going over 18bps-ish with CO2. That's about where CO2's recharge rate is and doesn't do so well after that. If you have HPA... then pop the frame onto your gun and go play.

Most tournies wont allow it because there are two contact plates instead of one. As far as I know, Spyder's are the only one that have the double contact plate rocking trigger. (Duel switches)

I dont think they allow it because its considered an illeagle trigger mod. Pluss you cant cap it.

Local tournies might allow it, depending on the size/type.
