need info on board..

my freind came to me asking what this board was. it doesnt say anything on it, but he said the guy that he bought it from said it was a modified t board.... i just wanted to find out what board it is.

pics are here, yes its my webcam my sister took my digi cam to boston so i wont have it for another week and a half .
