Remeber if he bought a 68/4500 then he would simply be wasting the extra 1500 psi that he would get if he bought it because his store only fills 3000...
I dunno about the 88ci's they seem to be alittle on the long side... but if you have long arms its cool just its not for everyone...

Yeah, but at least he's getting a lighter tank that's worth more and easier to sell if need be than an 88/3k. Just my opinion...

I'd go with that tank if you want to, though you might want to get a dropforward if your arms arn't long enough, because that thing IS fiber wrapped, so it should be lighter than a 72/3000 steel tank.
