CP reg and hosing question?

CP reg. I'm assuming I adjust it on the side with an allen key correct? Which way do I go to reduce the output?

Also the internal hosing for intimidator's what is it actually called and where can I buy some?

My empire reg has an allen screw adjustment on the side also, when you turn it in it drops pressure. Turn it out, pressure increases.

CP reg you turn in to lower! Found that out the hard way..

Off to the field 40 minutes away to get some new hosing!!!
