![]() You have to buy a new switch. You prob. Messed it up when you modded it. I suggest getting the Tboard/ Tswitch combo or buy one of my pImpin 50g Switches. They are factory 50g's and not moded.

![]() You could buy one of Dre's, slightly unmodify yours, or buy one from a local computer surplus store.
The T-Chip will not fix your problem. It is an upgrade to the T-Board, whih does have the answer to your problem. However, it is not necesary to go out and buy a complete T-Board for close to $50 when a $1-5 switch or mebbe even a free modification coud fix the problem. ![]()

![]() Then it's a faulty 250g switch most likely, because the switches you buy from Radio Shack have to be modded.

![]() there was....
![]() Remove the frame, trigger and board from the frame. Knock the 2 pins out that hold the switch and pull that out. Look on the two ends of the casing...there are clips that hold the casing together. Use an Xacto blade to lift the tabs. Now that the casing is apart, push in the button that closes the circuit (trigger contacts it) and look to see how the brass contacts touch each other. You need to bend them closer together to make the switch lighter or spread them apart to make the switch more resistant. Reassemble the switch and reinstall. Sorry I don't have a pictorial for you but that's basicly how you do it.
