The team drills thread
Alright guys, as captain of our newly formed team, I'm needing some ideas for good drills that will help myself and my team. So far, some good drills I have are run and gun, snap shooting (of course), ball throw and shoot, and some sliding into bunker drills. If you have any good drills, feel free to post them and describe them. If you have a question about the drills I listed above, feel free to ask. Lets have some fun learning.
