OK i was looking for scuba tanks and alot of them are 3000 psi. Do they make 4000 psi scuba? If i got a 3000 psi scuba where do u think i could possible fill it up. and what kind of businesses fill them up. How much would that cost for a fill on a 3000 scuba tank. If i got a 4500 psi hpa for my gun could i fill it up with a 3000 scuba? if i got a 3000 psi hpa how many fills could i get with my 3000 scuba.
Thanks. |

I've seen scuba tanks with a higher rating but not much higher and they are hard to find. Usually you'll be able to get your tank filled at a welding shop or maybe even a scuba shop. You could fill a 4500psi tank with a 3000psi scuba tank but only to 3000psi. Not sure how much it cost to fill it I'm guessing that will all depend on the size of your tank.

my scuba tank goes to 3000, you can get one with a bit higher psi but the cost jumps quite a bit, i bought a brand new scuba tank, not reconditioned cause they were out, ya got to do a visibility test once a year, and a hydro every 5 on the scuba, cost me 7 $ canadian to fill the scuba, the scuba shop has a awesome setup for compressed air fills, big compressor and about 6 cylinders hooked up(would look nice in my garage) takes the scuba shop about 10-15 min to fill the tank up, does generate a bit of heat.
