im looking at getting a nerve and i was wonder how a max flo works because it looks like you have to screw the tank onto it if so then how do u get the tank filled or take it off ? or am i just utterly confused.

what kind of maxflo are you looking at? there are maxflo tanks, and inline regs. if youre looking at the tank, then its just a regular tank thats filled normally. all tanks have regs on them to regulate the air coming out, and these just happen to have a maxflo as that reg.

Those are the micro maxflos, preset tanks that need a certin tank from smart parts to fit.

The maxflo is a tank reg, there is a filler nipple on it, thats how you fill it.
