druid hit the nail on the head. It doesn't matter what color the eyes are. LEDs are LEDs. Multicolored LEDs are a great idea though. They do look great.

eyes are only LEDs you can interchange them as long as you use the correct mcd(aka brightness level) and if they're the same amount of volts and such. if you go to bright (like 5000mcd) the eye may be like a real laser beam and you wont be shooting much if at all lol, to low mcd (like 1800) and they wont serve much purpose, just look cool.
