My pilot is working fine expect that when I shoot fast (in auto or walk it fast) it burps and recocks. What could be the problem? I have polished internals and modified the bolt but everything else are stock.

Any chance your tank is a bit low? And how long did it take before it would start to burp, was it like instantly? or was it after a like a few seconds of shooting?

I got the tank just filled. Which is by the way 72/3000. It was like a few seconds and then it burps...so not instantly

... hmm... i'v had this happen to me before when i'd shim my noid ... take it out if you did shim your noid ...
but ... look at your striker and sear and see if anythings rounded down a bit .. you might need polish both of them ... if theres any sign of rounding out thats the reason for the recocking issue... |

Those did not seem to be rounded up. I haven't polished the sear , should I ? And could the the issue be in the striker o-ring ?

Strip your gun to make nothings in the way of an air passage?
http://www.ottersccustoms.com/trouble.html#burping Make sure your valves in the right way... I've done that a few times myself by accident...

I stripped my pilot and installed 32 Degrees valve and now it seems to be working better. Thanks you all for your help!
