I am putting together an information website which will hopefully have automated ordering soon.
david - Soft ears are foam side pieces that protect your ears for paintball masks. Soft ears are a great upgrade to personalize your mask and make it more unique. There is a picture comparing soft ears and hard ears on my Soft Ear Info site here: http://phatphil.spymac.com/ <-- Soft Ear Info.

I'd buy them if they were some different colors...Yeah an urban camo pattern would be sweet! Hopefully ya come across that pattern eventually.

they are cool but I wonder...have you tested their durability by shooting them with paint to see if/when they tear? See if you can find a maniquin head to attach a mask...then a video to help show/sell them...
...and...are you stenciling/silk-screening custom designs?

I'll put a video up to show they are durable soon, just need a brave volunteer lol
. No stenciling or silk-screening custom designs yet. I'm wondering how I want to approach custom designs.

Well, assuming these are made with the foamie material that already has the Adhesive back on it, I would also recommend you to sell 3-layered soft-ears as that would be much safer than 2, if at all safe. Actually, I would like a pair myself, but can't afford it right now, LOL.
And as for approaching custom designs, if they're big designs, or standard prints, you would/could cut out the shapes from the backgorudn color, and the same shapes of the object color, and stick the shapes you cut from the object color into the holes left from the shapes in the background color, adn tehre you have it. And I konw, my typing is really shotty tongith as I'm typing sidewasy, and it isn't working to well but I'm to tired and lazy to fix it.

That was my idea for custom designs too, but it's really hard to make a stencil for the design piece and cut the 2 colors of foam where the design fits in excactly the same on the curve. The width of the blade makes it hard too.
I think that a 3 layer soft ear would be too thick. My 2 layer soft ears are already slightly thicker than JT's stock soft ears.
