Plus the ball isn't deformed asmuch when the air smacks into it, so less time to reforming, and thus greater accuracy. But the real things are noise is reduced significantly and shots per fill goes up, Well I guess accuracy is a decent sized bonus aswell, but this is also partly due to the fact that you'll be using a reg, so the output pressure will be more consistent.
