is it bad to use Rem Oil on a paintball gun?

yes. It will eat away o-rings. spend the money on some paintball specific oil.

ok, so i should take my gun apart since i oiled it yesterday with wd-40 and whip off all the parts. should i replace all the o-rings? 2 of them are new, but the others are about a year old

..... yeah you should probably replace all of them ... just buy pb oil !!!! ... easy as that ....

wd-40 wont damage o-rings that fast. i would replace the o-rings just because they are old
