Will the Palmers "Direct Stabilizer" fit directly on the MR1?

No, it is 1/8" NPT threaded. Spyders are metric. You would have to get a metric to standard adapter.

So I would probably just be better off getting a stab that would fit a standard asa since that is the adapter I am currently running with an xchamber....any suggestions?

I don't know if all MR1s are like this, but the port on the bottom of the body is 1/8 npt and has an adapter before the flex line. The line itself as well as the ASA and everything else is metric though...
