mr1 leak

hey guys im new to this forum and to paintball. just purchased an mr1 from one of my buddys and it has a gas leak. i can hear it coming out the barrel. and also idk if this is from the same problem or what but after shooting it to fast it will start to shoot like an automatic and not rechamber the pin back so i have to manually pull it back everytime. any advice
