I mean that when you use apt-get install, its output is far less readable than when you do Pacman -S or yum install. It doesn't show percent, the packages don't align (which makes it really hard when they fly by fast). And it doesn't matter how wide your terminal window is -- it always looks bad. Yum and Pacman actually make terminal package management much easier in that regard.
