Fenix ACS just clicking

So here is the problem. When I pull the trigger, the fenix just clicks. Basically it does not appear that the system has the power to release the seer. So here is the background:
-Worked well for the start of the match. Ran about 100 balls through it on full auto and it worked perfectly.
-After about 45 minutes down time resumed play and it just clicked and would not release the seer..
-Re-charged the battery.....no improvement
-Oiled the connection between seer and bolt....no improvement
-Dialed down the spring pressure on the bolt to its minimum setting....no improvement.
-Replaced the capacitor with a new one....no improvement.

If anyone can direct me to try something else, it would be greatly apprecitated. I am kind of at the end of my ideas, and really want to avoid taking it to a shop only to be told how worthless my marker is and be charged a $100
