Why would the stock bolt work and the hush not ? Nothing looks abnormal.

The Hush bolt might be a little tight with the o-rings it comes with. Replace them with the black o-rings that comes in your parts kit.

I changed out the black o-rings and its still not recocking. Any other ideas ? Do you think I need a different spring ? If I am going to change the spring, I should put one with less resistance, right ?

Without engaging the bolt pin to the striker, slide the Hust bolt in your marker and slide it back and forth. Does is feel like the bolt is dragging or have a lot of resistance? If it does, then the remove the o-rings and try it again. If the Hush bolt slides in the breach freely, then the cause of the resistance is the o-rings. Try and find thinner o-rings to use on the Hush bolt. Also, turn in the velocity adjuster in slightly.
