Barrel Upgrade: SP Progressive or J&J Pro 1?

I just received my Sonix and noticed immediately that the 9" stock barrel wasn't going to cut it. I've narrowed it down (I'm going by price mostly) to a Smart Parts Progressive and a J&J Pro 1, both 12 inch. Any thoughts? I'm shooting XBall Bronze (assuming they will work with both barrels). Thanks!
