No,With a flashlite I can see where the bolt pin has a slight deformation that prevents the pin from moving far in either direction.

Problem fixed. Live near a Kingmann distrubtion center where they replaced the guns body. They could not really explain how the problem occurred. thanks to anyone who responded.
