No, and no, he's a moron. The DM6 is more solidly built and has the UL frame. The PM7 is slightly better than the PM6, but only slightly so. You can get a DM6 for $275 or below.

Ive read alot of reviews about the dm6 having major o ring problems and breaking balls what with that?

I've had a PMR, SLG, and a DMC and none of them had o ring problems, as long as you clean it after you use it you should be fine; I don't recall breaking a ball, maybe with the SLG but that's a cheap gun.

Simple answer... dumb owners. Take care of your equipment, and it will take care of you. The same is true for anything you apply it to.
