Hello I'm new to the forum.
I've got a Pilot ACS that I resurrected from the grave. It was caked with dirt and mud all over. So i cleaned it up and to my surprise the Board(that was covered with mud) lit up and fired. The problem: The valve spring was broke and it had buggered up the front of the valve where the cup seal sits. I've tried to smooth the valve front out where it would seal off good. It was leaking bad and now I've got it almost stopped. You have to stick you ear to the feed neck or the barrel to hear it now, it was pretty loud. Is there a trick to smoothing the valve out or would a new cup seal help or Is it hopeless? Thanks Guys! |

A new cupseal might fix it or a new valve might fix it. Honestly with out seeing it in person I can say. If you need either, let me know I have extras of both.
